Three Ranches in Central Arkansas

Esquire Land and Cattle Company is owned and operated by Phil Wyrick and family. We have been raising Red Poll cattle for 35 years in the central Arkansas area. Our ranching operation consists of three different farms located in Pulaski, Saline and Perry Counties. Our headquarters is in Little Rock, Arkansas, where we have 100 mother cows. Each of the other two locations has approximately the same.

Our goal is to concentrate on grass-raised and fed cattle. Harvesting grass, milk production, lean meat production, calving ease and docile behavior are the keys to the success of our operation.

Little Rock - Headquarters Ranch

The city is the heart of Arkansas and this ranch is the heart of our operation. There are approximately 50 head of cow maintained and herd sires at all times.

Saline County Ranch

This is our development ranch for females. Normally, at least 800 cattle and young heifers are maintained on site. Every head is meticulously cared for so no matter if you have a need for great milk production or breeding, the perfect female can be found at the Saline County Ranch.

Perry County Ranch

The Perry Ranch operates mostly as a cow and calf establishment. There are always at least 50 head of cattle.

All three ranch locations emphasize grass-fed cattle. That means no antibiotics and no grain. It's all about getting the best results, as ourprocess produces the kind of beef that the public demands in today's market.
